Ukraine Pain 

HELEN Stanislawski, who lives in Tarrayoukyan, with her husband Nick (who is also Ukrainian descent) arrived in Australia 30 years ago from Ukraine, but her mother and siblings still live in Ukraine and is very worried for their safety. Shelling has been occurring within 15 kilometres of where her family live. She believes that President Putin has not recovered from the humiliating break-up of the Soviet Union and will not stop at just invading Ukraine. Photo: BILLY EASSON.

LOCAL Ukrainian national, Helen Stanislowski, who has been living in Australia for over 30 years, said she told her family this week, that President Putin would invade.
