$3.9 million mental health boost 

PORTLAND District Health and Western Regional Alcohol and Drug Centre (WRAD) will join with other mental health and alcohol and other drug services to form a new Regional Care Partnership to commence from July 1, 2023, thanks to Victorian Government funding of $1,301,908.
