Bella and Lilly leap for joy celebrating their birthdays

BORN on a leap year, and although technically eight years old, Bella Hadden celebrated her “2nd” birthday on Thursday. Also, Lilly Turnbull was able to celebrate her birthday on her actual birth date, having been born on February 29. Photos: GLENN GUY.
