New manager at The Cally

THE Cally Hotel will be under new management from Monday with Bianca Spring stepping into the role to replace outgoing manager, Phil Holmes, who is pursuing an opportunity to manage and re-do the Heywood Hotel. BIANCA Spring will be the new venue manager of ‘The Cally’ Hotel as of Monday after Phil Holmes took the opportunity to get the Heywood Hotel back up and running.

Ms Spring first got her foot in the door last year when she began picking up casual shifts at The Cally as a bartender, before moving to Sydney.

“I’ve been working here for two weeks now but had previously worked here in the past so that’s sort of how I fell into the role,” she said.
