FOLLOWING a second countback of October 2020’s Southern Grampians Shire Council (SGSC) election to find a replacement for councillor Greg McAdam, Coleraine’s Fran Malone has accepted the offer from the Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term.
