SOUTHERN Grampians Shire Council (SGSC) will be kicking off National Reconciliation Week early this year with a highly anticipated performance by proud Mutti Mutti, Yorta Yorta, and Nari Nari man, Kutcha Edwards at the Hamilton Performing Arts Centre (HPAC).
