NATIONAL Herd Development (NHD) south-west sales representative and breeding advisor, Dylan Jewell from Hawkesdale, has been recognised by the National Herd Improvement Association of Australia (NHIA), winning the Young Achiever Award and claiming $2500 in prize money.
