Foster is new Moyne mayor 

MOYNE Shire mayor, Cr Karen Foster, said 28 of the 43 Moyne Shire actions of the year have been completed, with the remaining 15 in progress.

Cr KAREN Foster was elected as mayor of Moyne Shire Council at Tuesday afternoon’s council meeting for the next 12 months, taking over from Cr Ian Smith.
