Absence makes the carts grow fonder 

HOPING to zoom down the 1.2km track at the Harrow National Bush Billycart Championships 2023 on March 11 and 12 will be all kinds of creative and technically innovative vehicles. Overall first place winner has a prize of $1000, and $5000 is up for grabs for anyone who can navigate the course in under a minute - only once in the event’s history has anyone got to within half a second.
