Child car restraint safety checks to be held at HIRL 

CAR owners across the south-west will be able to have their car seats checked by a professional next week when the Hamilton Community House, who have partnered with the Hamilton Institute of Rural Learning (HIRL), hold their child car restraint fitting and safety checks.
