Shire engages real estate agent for Lakes Edge property 

THE Lakes Edge property is 22 hectares on Handbury Boulevard in Hamilton. After an evaluation process, Council selected real estate agent Biggin and Scott to act as the sales agent and to run a marketing campaign, who will take a two per cent cut from the property’s sale on top of $20,659 for their services.
