Legacy for Joshua after accident 

LIVING “a parent's worst nightmare” since losing their 15-year-old son, Joshua in Saturday’s tragic car accident in Bochara, which claimed the lives of three other people, is Lee-Ann and Matt Elmes (right) with daughter, Jemma, 5. FOLLOWING Saturday’s fatal car accident at Bochara that claimed four lives, Lee-Ann Elmes, mother of one of the deceased, Joshua Elmes, spoke about dealing with the grief and how she wanted to bring the situation from “tragedy to legacy”.
