Walker Swamp Reserve expansion 

AN area of 158 hectares next to the Walker Swamp Restoration Reserve near the Grampians that was subject to farming since colonisation, planted out with blue gums, cleared and converted back to farmland, now has the unique opportunity to be restored to reserve habitat by the Nature Glenelg Trust with help from donors to purchase the land. 90 DONORS, including international support from the USA, have contributed $101,795 in public donations to the purchase of 158 hectares (390 acres) adjacent to the Walker Swamp Restoration Reserve.
