Sheepvention set for spectacular return 

EXCITEMENT is growing as preparations for the town’s main event, Sheepvention Rural Expo, comes together with a new festival theme. Hamilton P&A Society business and events manager, Emmelie Nijskens, is pleased with the progress and is putting the call out for more volunteers to help with the large task of setting up 550 sites across the Hamilton Showgrounds, especially for the working bee on Wednesday, August 2, and the pack down on Tuesday, August 8. MARQUEES are popping up at the Hamilton Showgrounds like meerkats at feeding time with contractors by the dozen hard at work as Sheepvention Rural Expo 2023 draws closer.
