Farmer fined $52K for animal cruelty – 65 cows starved to death & 23 cows euthanised after advanced starvation

A TAHARA farmer who narrowly escaped a prison sentence on animal cruelty charges relating to multiple deaths of Angus cattle on his property, instead copped a hefty fine of $52,000.
