Eagles remain in sight of finals 

HAWKESDALE-MACARTHUR remains in sight of a final’s appearance in the Mininera and District Football League (MDFL) seniors after a stirring victory against Lismore-Derrinallum at Hawkesdale Recreation Reserve on Saturday, 11.11 (77) to 6.11 (47).

Eagles too strong for Roos  

HAMILTON Kangaroos dropped just their third game for the season in the Hampden Football Netball League (HFNL) Open netball against North Warrnambool Eagles, but remain in the top four, the final score was 46-32 in favour of the visitors.

The Hampden Football Netball League (HFNL) Interleague coaching panel has announced the initial Under-23 and Under-17 Interleague squads, with the Hamilton Kangaroos being well represented across the two squads with a total of seven players selected.
